Session 1 - The Practical Wellness Processes
This session teaches easy to use techniques that helps restore, calmness, peace, clarity, and a better positive mindset when dealing with Stress, strain, suffering, sorrow, sadness, shame and self-sabotage. We discussed and explain how the fight, flight, and freeze mechanism prevents us from moving forward in different aspects of our life.
Session 2 - the Nurturing Confidence Creator
This session covers strategies, structure, systems, support, shifts and stability. By the end of the session, you will have awareness of what you are currently doing and how you can create new processes that are healthier, happier and more effective in your day-to-day life.
Session 3 - Unique Freedom Solution
This session gives you the skills to be able to engage, exercise, enhance, empower, expand and evolve. By the end of this session, you will have learnt techniques that enable you to shift and let go, have an awareness of how you do these things within you internally and externally. We will give you tools to take away.
Session 4 - Understand your energy, understand you
This session explains the various layers of our energy system, our personality, relationships and our fight and flight systems. Why it’s so hard to change, why pain and illness occurs. We will demonstrate techniques which with balance to create the changes within us. |
